PB’s twisty take on the top five headlines of the day.
1. AAP MP Bhagwant Mann gives unconditional apology to Lok Sabha Speaker
Truly Serious violation of Security, Code of conduct and it become more serious when person is a seating member of parliament. This is serious action, must be dealt strongly to set example, especially when the person has threatened to do it again. Ignorance of law in law itself is not permitted.
2. Arvind Kejriwal meets Dalit victims, blames Gujarat government
Where are these politicians when Dalit women are harassed and abused? Other than that, every time they pull a stunt like this, do they actually help or could they help? They came abused BJP and went back but didn’t provide help. They are a nuisance to Dalits as well as others.
It is not correct for any political party to stir up farmer, minority and Dalit victimhood.
3. Indian Air Force AN-32 Plane With 29 Missing After Sharp Loss of Altitude
We are loosing too many precious lives with Russian made Migs and AN 32 along with billions of tax payer money quite often. Last week two naval ships caught fire and now this incident. The overall safety records of IAF have indeed improved, let us hope that this is not a case of incompetence.
4. Chinese Military Unveils New Weapons After South China Sea Verdict
Chinese tend to flaunt weapon systems & issuing warning/threats but rarely have jumped in big war theater, they are doing the same this time.
UN Has distanced itself from this non-UN tribunal (not even a court) and many articles report it as Un-backed. Deceitful reporting as well.
5. Narendra Modi in Gorakhpur: PM may rely on ‘development’ to heal Dalit anger
The controversy was triggered by former BJP state vice president Dayashankar Singh’s use of derogatory language against Mayawati on Wednesday. All political parties, including ministers in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, condemned the comments. Both houses of Parliament also discussed issues related to atrocities against dalits. Modi would know that BJP are fast losing the perception game when it comes to representing the oppressed and the backward classes and wants to reclaim it. It is also the most politically sensitive segment of the society.
