PB’s twisty take on the top five headlines of the day.
1. Rs 225-crore state of the art Ram Museum to come up in Ayodhya
It is good to promote their religious aspect, but wasting all that money which could be used for development is going to attract enough criticism. They BJP/RSS have not forgotten the bloodbath of Ayodhya tragedy, none of the leaders who were key players in instigating this bloodbath. Instigating the same conflict for votes this time.
2. China Russia’s Commitment To Fight Terrorism
The two leaders also exchanged views on regional issues including the Korean Peninsula situation, and both sides agreed to enhance communications to maintain peace and stability in Northeast Asia.
3. Irom Sharmila launches new party, to contest Manipur assembly polls next year
Sharmila’s decision to end her fast and float a party had drawn criticism from a section in Manipur including some militant groups which had seen the move as “surrendering” to the Indian political system.
4. Akhilesh to be CM face for UP polls, has Mulayam’s approval: Samajwadi Party
Akhilesh Yadav alone will be better off alone. He tried hard to keep his political powder dry to fire the final decisive salvo against his detractors who had been remote controlling him throughout his tenure as proxy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh.
5. Hardik Patel to support AAP, makes BJP jittery
Hardik Patel is connecting himself with everyone, not just AAP. Hardik’s father is a BJP worker from Viramgam. While Hardik claims to be apolitical, Congress and BJP both allege Hardik to be of the opposite parties. Taking the name of Arvind Kejriwal is only to create a smokescreen behind which the real perpetrators would hide. The hate for Arvind Kejriwal in the minds of BJP supporters would only help in that.
