1. Over Rs 8K crore black money brought under tax ambit: Centre to Supreme Court
It takes a small step towards reaching the top of ladder,this issue is little complicated where people are reluctant to give up the amassing of wealth nature. Government has to continuously initiate stringent action to bring black money to the exchequer. Though this is just a small percentage of black money, it is still a good news.
2. Expose Pakistan’s false propaganda on surgical strikes: Kejriwal to PM
Global Press is doubting our surgical operation. Washington Post and New York times have made fun of our claims. If he wants video evidence, he should install 15-lakh CCTV cameras there, same as he promised for Delhi, that should be helpful.
3. Sensex Surges 377 Points On Rally
Market built on its gains and scaled higher on buying pick-up, buoyed by manufacturing PMI for September that came in above the 50 mark for the ninth straight month signalling expansion. Banking stocks were among the top performers. IndusInd Bank, Bank of India and Axis Bank gained between 1.5 per cent and 3 per cent.
4. Pigeon with Urdu words on wings found in Punjab
Getting used to using ‘pigeon mail’ even before India demolish their communication network. The pigeon is suspected to have flown into the Indian territory from Pakistan. The avian was “inspected” by the sleuths of security agencies and an X-ray scan was also conducted on it. Commendable how news is prioritized.
5. Congress Issues Whip For Special Karnataka Session On Water Release
Both Karnataka and Tn should reduce the area under sugar if not eliminate them from the Kaveri basin. Until they do that all this talk of drinking water is just lies.
